Registration
for Summer 2010 will be held on Friday August 27 between 6PM and 8PM and
Friday 10 September between 6PM and 8PM at Bernie Mullane Sports Complex,
Marella Avenue Kellyville. For all queries
please contact the club registrar Leo.
Cost (team
basis, no individual registration is accepted)
Under 7 to 18 $500
All Age and Over 35 $600
Registration for returning teams
- Complete registration
form
- Email completed form to summer@kellyvillesoccer.org.au
by 8PM August 27, 2010. Paper
submissions will not be accepted.
- Complete
your payment in full by one of the following methods by 8PM August 27,
2010:
- Attend in person at
Bernie Mullane on Friday August 27, 2010 between 6PM and 8PM, pay by
cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
- Paying by funds transfer
is NOT available.
Where places are limited, applications will be
processed in the order they are received providing payment is completed by
8PM on August 27, 2010. If payment
is not made by August 27, 2010 then your team must re-submit its
application and the re-submission will be considered as a new team.

by 8PM September 10, 2010.
Paper submissions will not be accepted. Forms received before Wednesday
September 1, 2010 will NOT be accepted.
- Complete your payment in
full by one of the following methods by 8PM September 10, 2010:

by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
- Paying by funds transfer
is NOT available.
Where places are limited, applications will be
processed in the order they are received providing payment is completed by
8PM on September 10, 2010. If
payment is not made by September 10, 2010 then your team must re-submit its
application and the re-submission will drop to the bottom of the list and
may miss-out.

NOTE: By order of the Hills
Shire Council, during the summer competition football boots must not be
worn on the soccer field, only Astro Turf Boots
(or similar types)
are allowed to be worn by all players.
