Winter Soccer Registrations

With the 2012 Season upon us, we are now taking player registrations for Winter 2012 and wanted to give you all the necessary details for registration with Kellyville Kolts Soccer Club.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE REGISTERED ON THE FFA WEBSITE PRIOR TO ATTENDING ANY CLUB REGISTRATION DAY. THIS PROCESS IS A PRE-REQUISITE AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE REGISTERING WITH ANY CLUB

Registration Days for Winter Soccer

All players must be registered and paid in full to be eligible for grading and/or team selection.

Dates: Saturday the 28th of January and Saturday the 4th of February 2012

New Online Registration System

This year there are substantial changes to the registration process, including an online registration process hosted by Football Federation Australia (FFA). The Club urges all members to use the online registration facility to avoid unnecessary hold-ups on registration days as this process needs to be completed prior to club acceptance. By registering and paying online, you may not need to attend a registration day at Bernie Mullane unless you are either a new player to the club or returning player but you photo has expired and you received an e-mail informing you that you require a new photo, then you will need to attend a registration day. All new players will however, need to attend a registration day to take a photo & sight Id/provide original proof of age.

Requirements on Day of Registration

All returning players who register and pay online will not need to attend registration day unless new photo is required. These players will be notified individually

Mini Players. (Under 5, 6 and 7).

Note. Players must turn 5 in 2012 before being eligible to play at Kellyville Soccer Club.

• U5 to U7 will play in-house Small Sided Football games format at Bernie Mullane Sports Complex
• Birth Certificate or passport - if you did not play for Kellyville in 2011
• Completed FFA online registration at www.myfootballclub.com.au Please bring printed invoice supplied whether you paid online or not.
• Applicable registration fees if not already paid during FFA registration. See Fees Below
• EFTPOS & Credit Card facilities will be available on the day. NOTE: We do not accept cheques.

All U5, U6 & U7 Players must attend a player information night at Bernie Mullane on 9th February 2012 where players will be allocated into teams and coaches/managers will be appointed. Training nights and times will also be decided.

• U5 meet at 5:30pm
• U6 meet at 6:30pm
• U7 meet at 7:30pm

Granville players (Ages U8 and above)

• Under 8 will play Small Sided Football games format in a local Hub with home and away games
• Under 9 & 10 will play Small Sided Football games format in GDSFA Competition with home and away games
• ALL senior players MUST have PHOTO ID(passport/drivers licence) - This is not required IF you played for Kellyville in 2011
• New players or players whose photo on file is more than 3 years old must attend in person to get a new photo taken by us. Returning players would have been notified in registration mail out sent by registrar.

• All U8 - U18 Players must attend the player grading sessions. At this stage we have the weekend of 10-12 Feb & 17-19 Feb set aside for grading but we will confirm specific time slots for different ages over the next couple of days. Players will need to attend both sessions.
